This role is responsible for ensuring a timely and accurate global accounting and reporting process. This position reports to the Corporate Controller. This position will direct a team responsible for technical accounting research, annual audited financial statement preparation, quarterly unaudited financial statements, global accounting close process and reviews the results of accounting processes are well controlled and of high quality. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast paced, global environment. This role is required to work closely with all members of the Global Finance Organization; the Sponsor's reporting functions and Chamberlain's financial statement and statutory auditors. In addition, this role will be required to work cross-functionally to understand and appropriately account for complex business transactions. The position will be responsible for managing a large team that works across several time zones and foreign locations. This position is responsible for developing and managing an accounting close process that has strong internal controls over financial reporting.

The pay range for this position is $159,500.00 - $257,000.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
