In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with our SVP, Controller to ensure our financials are flawless, our compliance is rock-solid, and our internal controls are top-tier. You’ll oversee daily accounting operations, guide financial reporting and regulatory filings, and be the go-to expert for GAAP, NCUA, and DFPI. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a talented accounting team Drive accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis Champion compliance and internal controls Collaborate across departments to support strategic decisions Innovate processes and elevate operational efficiency What You Bring 7+ years of progressive accounting experience (bonus points for credit union know-how) Leadership chops and a love for mentoring Sharp analytical skills and a detail-driven mindset Tech-savvy with accounting systems and Excel proficiency CPA or financial certifications?
