Responsibilities
: Drive asset performance by collaborating with third-party operators to enhance revenue, control costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
Maintain deep market intelligence through direct engagement with brokers, tenants, lenders, and local stakeholders.
Contribute to underwriting and due diligence for new acquisitions and development opportunities, offering strategic insights and validating assumptions.
Lead the transition from development to stabilization, including oversight of lease-up strategies and capital execution.
Manage external relationships with property managers, leasing teams, legal counsel, and consultants to ensure accountability and alignment.
Conduct regular site visits and maintain an active presence in target markets.
Monitor macro and microeconomic trends to inform strategic pivots in asset plans, including hold/sell decisions and capital deployment.
Oversee financial reporting, including quarterly reviews, valuation updates, and investormunications.
Approve annual budgets and long-term capital plans; ensurepliance with financing terms and operational benchmarks.
Coordinate asset dispositions, including broker selection, contract negotiation, and closing execution.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of investment strategies.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in real estate, finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate asset management, with direct oversight of multiple assets (specifically multifamily and mix use).
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with joint ventures and acquisition underwriting is a plus.
Exceptionalmunication skills and ability to navigateplex stakeholder environments.
Strategic thinker with a willingness to challenge assumptions and drive innovation.
