Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Artificial Intelligence to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI initiatives across the global organization. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, aligning AI projects with business goals, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership:  Drive end-to-end program management for AI initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Roadmap Development:  Develop and maintain AI program roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:  Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Resource Management:  Allocate resources effectively across projects and ensure teams are equipped to meet deliverables. Develop budget plans, manage and deliver as per plan.

Risk Management:  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Performance Tracking:  Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of AI programs and measure delivered value.

Compliance & Ethics:  Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.

Communication:  Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on program status, challenges, and achievements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Digital Transformation, AI, Natural Language Processing, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, data science, or technology domains.

Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, tools, and lifecycle.

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project).

Ability to travel globally (as needed) and ability to work across time-zones. Desired Skills: Familiarity with AI tools, Generative AI platforms

PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and SharePoint.

Experience working with data governance and AI ethics frameworks.

Regulatory requirements such as AI Act / GDPR.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
