About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of HR to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, with a strong focus on the employee lifecycle, including staffing, recruitment, retention, training, and engagement. This role requires the design, implementation, and management of HR programs, policies, and processes to support both strategic and compliance objectives. The VP of HR will also oversee all HR operations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and stay abreast of emerging trends in HR and talent management.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for HR certification. A minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in CPG manufacturing, particularly in food, and a proven track record in building and supporting HR programs for large, hourly workforces. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker who can provide leadership with regular reports on HR metrics and the effectiveness of people strategies, and who is adept at managing the HR department budget.
