Job Overview: This role is responsible for achieving the growth targets of all HOC Navigator Programs; intake and admissions; strategic business development with referral partners and payers to strengthen market share; internal and external referral relationships; sales, marketing, and advertising. Manages the HOC Navigators brand and serves as the primary brand ambassador. Ensures achievement of strategic plan and pillar/scorecard goals. Reports to HOC Navigators President & CEO. Serves as a member of the HOC Navigators senior leadership and management teams; serves as primary staff to the HOC Board of Trustees Community Engagement and Strategy Committee. Job Requirements:
Master's Degree in Health Administration or business, marketing, nursing, public health or other related field (Required) 7 - 10 years Marketing or business development background and progressive leadership required; healthcare background strongly preferred (Required) Data-driven with ability to analyze, interpret, and act on data. Excellent relational skills; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Facilitates a high-performing team; drives results.

Job Responsibilities:
Access- Provides leadership to Navigation Center; Sees intake and admission functions as the front door to HOC Navigators programs and services; Ensures rapid referral, intake and admissions; Provides one-stop access to all HOC Navigator programs; Provides highly-responsive, outstanding customer service.
Strategic Business Development- Leads relationship management with all referral partners, including 200+ nursing homes, 14 hospitals, and primary care and specialty providers from all health systems in service area. Drives integration of HOC programs and services with Population Health. Oversees analysis of market data and presents ad-hoc and recurring reports for use as input to strategic business decisions.
Marketing, Advertising, External Communication- Oversees HOC Navigators brand, marketing plans, website, social media sites, and advertising.
Provides leadership to HOC Medical Providers.

Regularly Round on Team Members, using questions from the rounding log.
