Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Korn Ferry is seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Content Director to lead the digital communications strategy for a confidential, high-profile political campaign. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller with deep experience in political messaging, social media engagement, and short-form video content—especially on platforms like TikTok. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy tailored to political messaging and voter engagement. Lead a team in managing daily digital operations and content production. Oversee all social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube. Create compelling multi-format content (copy, graphics, video) that resonates with target audiences. Monitor digital trends and identify rapid-response opportunities in real time. Manage a content calendar aligned with campaign milestones and messaging priorities. Collaborate with external partners on paid media and creative production. Support video shoots and on-the-ground content capture. Required Qualifications Proven experience managing social media for high-profile political leaders or candidates . Demonstrated success in TikTok strategy and content creation , including short-form video production. Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on persuasive, action-oriented messaging. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced campaign environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Comfortable with traveling or relocating to Detroit, Michigan for the duration of the campaign. Access to reliable transportation and personal tech (laptop, phone).
