Clinical Leadership Opportunity – Deputy Medical Director

Surgical Centre, Portsmouth & PPG Southampton

Practice Plus Group invites applications for a Deputy Medical Director role within our Surgical Centre in Portsmouth and PPG Southampton. This is a unique chance to join the senior management team (SMT) and help shape the clinical strategy across two dynamic sites. You will work closely with the Medical Director for South Coast Hospital, Justin Vale, to lead service transformation, enhance clinical standards, and develop the medical workforce. As a key member of the SMT, you will influence operational, financial, and cultural performance, ensuring outstanding patient care and professional practice. Working Pattern:

2 days per week in the leadership role, with additional clinical duties to reach 4–5 days (FTE or 80%). Join us to make a real impact on patient care and the future of surgical services in the South Coast region.
