Hours: Flexible - Staff Providers Typically .9 FTE (4x9) Employed Degrees Accepted: MD/DO Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance Available Benefits:

The Deputy Medical Director provides strategic and medical leadership for the Community Health Center, overseeing Site Medical Directors and ensuring safe, effective, and quality care. A senior leader, this role guides clinical policy, supervises provider teams, manages budgets, drives quality improvement, and represents the center in public and interagency settings. Requires current Oregon medical licensure (MD, DO, or NP), board certification, DEA and CPR certification, and eligibility for credentialing. Experience in leadership, clinical oversight, and compliance with health regulations is desirable but not required. Diversity and inclusion are core values.
