Salary Range: $7,384.00 - $9,601.00 / month

Job Overview
This role involves professional program development and administrative work of significant difficulty, including supervisory responsibilities. The employee provides central office program direction and technical consultation for a large statewide program and may supervise employees in the Program Director 2 classification.
Key Responsibilities
Build Capacity: Provide guidance and coaching on case practice, policies, procedures, and initiatives; engage staff for feedback on program needs and systemic issues.
Coordinate and Facilitate Meetings: Discuss policies, monitor case progress, facilitate communication, and collaborate with providers to improve service delivery.
Develop, Execute, and Maintain Processes: Develop policies, participate in work groups and projects, and evaluate effectiveness.
Promote Quality Practice: Review case recordings and reports, provide feedback, and support staff development.
Manage Outcomes: Address crisis situations, monitor staff performance, use data systems, and report on practice improvement efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution plus seven years of professional experience in relevant fields such as counseling, case management, program evaluation, or social services, with at least five years in children or juvenile services' program evaluation or process improvement (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma).
