Work Activities The position involves program development, policy implementation, staff coaching, regional collaboration, and outcome management, including: Providing practice guidance to frontline professionals Facilitating regional meetings to interpret policies and monitor case progress Developing and evaluating policies and procedures Supporting staff development and practice improvement Managing outcomes and reporting progress Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with seven years of relevant experience in social services, program evaluation, or process improvement At least five years in children or juvenile services, including program evaluation or process improvement (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma) Additional Details Position is full-time, with a seniority level of Director, and located across various Tennessee cities.
