Vendor Relationship Director Oracle is seeking a Vendor Relationship Director. The Vendor Relationship Director will be a key member of the team, responsible for overseeing vendor partnerships, managing service agreements, and ensuring high-performance delivery of vendor services to support a portfolio of data centers. Candidates should have extensive experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring, with a focus on optimizing service delivery, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with operational standards in critical environments. Key Responsibilities Develop, negotiate, and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational requirements. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate vendor performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standards and response times. Build and maintain strong relationships with national vendors to foster collaboration, reliability, and consistent service delivery across multiple sites. Issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify and onboard qualified vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with company objectives. Leverage national agreements to optimize cost efficiencies, streamline vendor operations, and ensure consistent service quality across regions. Utilize digital vendor management systems to track performance, manage contracts, and ensure timely completion of vendor-related tasks. Respond promptly to vendor-related issues or service disruptions, adhering to predefined escalation procedures to mitigate risks and ensure operational continuity. Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance, service delivery, and compliance with SLAs to identify and address any gaps or opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination. Promptly escalate vendor performance or contract issues to leadership for resolution. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance vendor management processes and frameworks. Control Center Operations: Use digital tools to monitor vendor performance, track KPIs, streamline communications, and allocate resources effectively to support vendor-related activities. Minimum Qualifications Ability to travel to vendor sites or facilities as needed for relationship management and oversight. Professional certification in vendor management, procurement, or related fields (e.g., Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity or Certified Vendor Management Professional) is preferred. Strong understanding of vendor relationship management, service agreements, and performance monitoring in high-stakes environments. Ability to read and interpret contracts, RFPs, and technical service specifications. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
