Apple Springs Senior Living , located in Omak, Washington is currently seeking a dietary manager to join our team.

Culinary Director Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage daily food service operations in our hospital

Recruit, hire, and train new staff members

Instruct staff on how to create the meals that you design

Maintain the inventory of our kitchens

Establish a budget and work within its confines

Ensure that meals are prepared and delivered in sanitary ways

Create and manage the kitchen staff schedule

Culinary Director Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in food services (management experience preferred)

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to meet the dietary needs of our diverse population of residents
