The Director of Social Media will oversee social media marketing, develop and implement content strategies, optimize social media channels, and handle public relations. Daily tasks include creating and coordinating content, monitoring social media trends, managing platforms, and engaging with the online community to enhance the company's presence and reputation. Responsibilities Oversee social media marketing and public relations efforts. Develop and implement content strategies across social platforms. Optimize and manage social media channels to enhance brand presence. Create, coordinate, and schedule content; monitor trends and engagement. Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align social media with business goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO). Proficiency in content strategy development and implementation. Excellent communication and public relations skills. Ability to monitor and analyze social media trends and performance. Experience in managing social media platforms. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Experience in the real estate or finance industry is a plus.
