Accountabilities: Own the creative vision and outputs for assigned accounts, ensuring quality, originality, and alignment with client objectives. Spearhead new business pitches, expanding the agency’s creative reach and impact. Lead development of industry-leading, visually compelling design work across digital products, platforms, and technologies. Optimize the creative process from ideation to final delivery, improving team workflows and collaboration. Mentor and guide a diverse creative team, fostering talent and upholding creative excellence. Collaborate with strategy, tech, and client service teams to deliver integrated, user-centered solutions. Define user experience strategies and partner in crafting briefs that translate insights into business-driving ideas. Present creative work clearly and persuasively to clients, building trust and expanding opportunities. Ensure creative outputs meet the highest standards, reflecting brand identity and strategic goals. Manage team resources and workloads efficiently to maintain peak performance and innovation. 8+ years of experience in digital design, product, or brand experience. At least 5 years in a creative leadership role, with 3+ years at a digital agency. Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of balancing creativity and business impact. Hands-on designer with an exceptional eye for detail, storytelling, and execution across digital platforms. Proven ability to mentor teams and nurture a creative, inclusive culture. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of selling ideas and inspiring diverse stakeholders. Collaborative by nature, able to work across disciplines and navigate client complexities. Comfortable solving problems with agility, innovation, and resilience. Competitive salary: $150,000 – $175,000 (based on location, experience, and internal equity). 100% coverage of healthcare premiums (Medical, Dental, Vision).
