You will shape brand systems and drive production of digital, print, environmental, and vehicle collateral while collaborating closely with Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams.Key responsibilities:1. Define and own brand strategy, messaging hierarchy, and scalable visual systems for technical and field-facing channels.2. Lead creative execution for integrated campaigns (digital, print, signage, vehicle/field collateral), ensuring clarity and safety compliance.3. Manage and mentor a small creative team and cross-functional contractors; set priorities, review work, and build production workflows for fast on-site turnarounds.4. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Safety to translate complex technical content into clear, actionable communications for stakeholders and end users.5. Oversee vendor relationships and production budgets; approve artwork, manage timelines, and ensure quality control from concept through deployment.6.
