We're seeking a Creative Director for our Wearables team who can make innovative technology tangible and desirable for consumers. You'll bring our brand promise to life by blending artistic vision with strategic thinking, leading teams and partners, and overseeing projects from concept to completion for a global audience.
Creative Director Responsibilities Influence, lead, develop and execute creative work for our Wearables portfolio
Collaborate with marketing teams and cross-functional partners to inform strategy and briefs
Inspire, direct, and manage internal collaborators and external partner agencies
Balance business needs with creative innovation, elevating and raising the quality of craft across all aspects
Work on conceptual challenges big and small, from full brand campaigns to tactical one-offs
Be a brand champion to colleagues across the organization, working with leadership to develop how creative impacts the business and our growth directly
Direct and collaborate with agency partners to execute on behalf of the *** brand
Be flexible and adaptable, responding to shifting market trends and priorities, and adjusting creative strategies accordingly
Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience in a mix of agency and in-house creative departments, demonstrated with an exciting portfolio that highlights award-worthy thinking and work
Experience working with cross-functional partners in marketing and strategy organizations, as well as direct oversight of external partners like agencies and freelancers
Communication and organizational skills
Experience presenting and articulating your work to peers, partners, and leadership
Experience working with internal and external partners, leading teams, and influencing stakeholders to achieve goals
Preferred Qualifications Experience pivoting and adjusting creative strategies in response to changing market conditions, priorities, and emerging trends
Experience presenting complex ideas in clear, compelling ways, and influencing systems and stakeholders to drive business results
Hands-On/Hands-Off: You're happy to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself, or lead and direct others to achieve the desired outcome
Understanding of what drives consumer engagement and loyalty and how to catch their attention
Experience in technology
Experience in pursuing emerging technologies
