What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Cost Reduction Product Director to join our team. This position falls under our Corporate line of business and is located in Buckhead, GA. In this role, you will own the strategy, selection, and deployment of best-in-class AI enterprise applications that reduce operational costs at Corpay. This is a senior-level individual contributor role, you will personally drive execution, working across Corpay LOBs to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable financial results. Your mission will be to Deploy AI enterprise apps that drive financially quantifiable cost reductions while maintaining or improving service quality. You will report directly to the Chief AI Officer and you will collaborate with product and internal stakeholders across multiple lines of businesses.

As a Cost Reduction Product Director, you will be expected to work in an office at our Buckhead office location. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Identifying areas where AI can deliver significant cost savings (e.g., customer service, back-office operations).
Selecting and implementing best-in-class solutions, including vendor technologies like NICE for customer service.
Collaborating with the Innovation Lab for integration, testing, and rollout.
Developing KPI frameworks to measure savings in dollar terms, track over time, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
Partnering with operations, finance, and IT to ensure smooth adoption.
Using pilots and phased rollouts to prove value before scaling.
Ensuring teams understand, trust, and embrace new tools.
Providing training and gather feedback to maximize adoption.
Ensuring cost reduction initiatives align with corporate strategy and operational goals.
Understanding operational workflows and cost structures.
Staying up to date on enterprise AI applications and vendor capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
10–14 years total experience, with 5–7+ years in:
AI, automation, or enterprise technology deployment, especially focused on operational efficiency
Cost optimization initiatives in large-scale environments (e.g., customer service, finance ops, IT)
Cross-functional execution, partnering with finance, operations, IT, and vendor management
Driving measurable financial outcomes, including KPI frameworks and stakeholder reporting
Proven track record delivering AI/automation solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong ability to align stakeholders, manage data pipelines, validate models, and track impact metrics.
Hands-on executor who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and drives measurable results.
