We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to join our team as Marketing Lead, helping to manage our marketing partners, shape our brand, and drive continued growth. Summary and Key Responsibilities: The Marketing Lead will focus on managing marketing vendors to execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This role is crucial in positioning Trustwell Living as a preferred choice in senior living, while upholding our culture of trust, compassion, integrity, and respect. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the company's growth and occupancy goals. Partner with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with the company's business objectives. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. Agency and Vendor Management Lead day-to-day relationships with creative, digital, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Evaluate agency performance and ensure alignment with company-wide goals, KPIs, and budget. Manage vendor contracts, scopes of work, and procurement processes. Brand Development & Enhancement Strengthen and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring it reflects our values and resonates with key internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns and visual assets to enhance brand awareness, voice, and tone. Ensure consistent and accurate marketing messaging across all marketing channels. Resident Acquisition & Retention Support the implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to drive resident inquiries and improve retention rates. Cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to generate leads. Employer Branding Collaborate with HR and leadership to build a compelling employer brand that attracts top talent by developing marketing strategies and campaigns that highlight the company's culture, values, and employee success stories. Leverage social media, careers pages, and public relations to position Trustwell Living as an employer of choice in the assisted living industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality industry. Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing, branding, and content creation. Ability to understand and collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to execute on company-wide initiatives Experience with lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. Strong track record in employer branding and building campaigns to attract and retain top talent. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and stakeholders. Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
