Lead the design, deployment, and management of secure cloud architectures for DoD mission requirements
Ensure strict compliance with DoD security policies, including but not limited to DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements (CC SRG), NIST 800-53 Rev5. The candidate should also be familiar with operational security elements including Secure Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)s, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) and Security Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) requirements – or their equivalent in terms of ACAS and ESS.
Design and implement cloud networking solutions, integrating security best practices.
Familiarity with DoD Enterprise services, Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM), Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) and integration into those services.
Familiarity with DISA BCAP integration processes.
Familiarity with Cloud Guardrails and their use and inheritance to Mission Owners.
Guide others and develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible for scalable and repeatable deployments. Strong DevSecOps practices and experience with GitLAB (or equivalent).
Collaborate with cross-functional and security teams to ensure robust and compliant landing zones
Guide networking and security integration with third-party tools (load balancers such as F5, network firewalls like Palo Alto).
Serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor for the team.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience working with cloud technologies (OCI preferred)
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in DoD environments
Proven ability to implement and manage DoD security requirements (STIG, ACAS,
Strong expertise in cloud networking and security architecture
Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform/Tofu and Ansible
Familiarity with third-party load balancer (F5) and network firewall (Palo Alto) technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with BCAP (Boundary Cloud Access Point) implementations
Knowledge of SCCA frameworks and compliance
OCI certifications or equivalent industry certifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
