Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Construction Safety Director in Miami, Florida.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary for the Project Safety Manager i s $110,000 - $150,000 per year, with Total compensation, including benefits, bonus, and other factors.

Position Overview:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Safety Director. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment. Your expertise in risk management, construction management, and occupational health will be essential in maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Provide training on safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and other safety-related activities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in safety regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Risk Management Expertise: Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices, particularly within construction or industrial settings.
• Training Skills: Ability to effectively train and communicate safety procedures to a diverse workforce.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills for conducting thorough inspections and investigations.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve safety goals.
• Certification: OSHA 30 required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
