Interim Pharmacy Director

• Lead and support approximately 30 FTEs, including pharmacy technicians.
• Provide leadership and support to the pharmacy team to maintain operations and improve team dynamics.
• Manage departmental workflows and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Strong leadership experience (7+ years in pharmacy, 5+ years in leadership)
