We are conducting a confidential search for a strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This executive-level role will be responsible for overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and supplier relationships to ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution. Optimize inventory levels and demand forecasting to meet customer expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers. Implement best practices and technologies to improve supply chain performance. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales to align supply chain activities with company objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles. Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
