Summary of Job Responsibilities: To effectively develop, implement and oversee the Agencys compliance program to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and ethical standards. To provide strategic leadership, identify and mitigate risks, and foster a culture of accountability across all levels of the organization.
Experience/Qualifications Needed: Minimum of two years prior experience in healthcare compliance, healthcare administration, home health care administration or other related fields with compliance and risk management experience. Current federal, state and industry specific regulation knowledge.
* Bachelors degree in healthcare related field such as healthcare administration, nursing, public health, law, etc.
