LVI are working with a leading commercial roofing company in Florida having an outstanding reputation for quality, safety, and innovation. We are collectively looking for a Commercial Roofing Director to lead and grow a large office based out of Tampa. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all operations of the Tampa commercial roofing office, including project management, sales, and field operations. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, estimators, and field crews. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Drive business development efforts and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a proven track record in leadership roles. Deep knowledge of roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and large-scale commercial projects. Ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
