The Director of Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the company’s mechanical, plumbing, building management controls, and service divisions.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience working at companies specializing in any of the MEP trades. At least 5 years in a senior leadership or operations management role. Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects. Knowledge of construction technology platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, MS Project, ERP systems).

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. PMP, PE, or equivalent certifications. Experience in plan spec, design-build, or integrated project delivery (IPD) environments. Experience in HCAI vertical market Experience working with Stratus
