Developing, planning and executing short to mid-term sales strategies and achieving all objectives including net sales, trade and delivered margin for all brands. Aggressively prospect and grow the customer base while maintaining and developing strong business relationships with existing customers and key decision makers. Achieve volume growth (mid-single digits) through creation of a long-term vision and strategy for both clusters. Inspire and unleash the potential of your team to achieve the organization's goals via the purposeful execution of coordinated strategic sales plans. Act as a liaison between your field team and cross-functional/headquarters partners to resource for solutions. Embrace Feedback. Coach, train, and provide direct feedback to your team members through active participation in customer meetings & events.
