Position Overview The purpose of the Director, Commercial Demand Planner for Advanced Therapies is to develop robust demand and capacity plans aligned with future growth strategies for the advanced therapies network across global sites. The position(s) in this role will be remote and strategically located near the sites. This position(s) should be based in the US.

Job Description Key Responsibilities Design and implement demand planning processes and business tools that translate commercial signals into effective S&OP planning
Develop and manage a 24-month rolling forecast of planned demand and respective revenue in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, such as site- and commercial finance partners
Report and present on global demand and capacity signals
Assess and define asset portfolio needs to deliver profitable revenue targets
Keep leadership up to date with customer needs and Asset goals
Partner with site leadership teams to define capacity planning and discuss expected commercial timelines and demand
Build strong partnerships with supply chain teams to enhance demand planning processes
Align closely with sales teams to build appropriate demand planning signals
Collaborate closely with commercial solutions teams to ensure scope and appropriate timelines are aligned between sales and operational planning
Build partnerships with program management teams at global sites to improve planned vs actual processes
Scope & Accountability The role will collaborate with all sites across the FUJIFILM Life Sciences Biotechnologies network and at all levels, primarily with the site leadership team, finance team, and supply chain team to define and plan demand and capacity
The role will collaborate with the global commercial organization, including sales teams, commercial solutions teams, and program management teams to ensure alignment between scope/timeline and sales and operational planning
Reporting on customer needs and account data will escalate to the highest leadership level (Executive Leadership Team) to influence overall business strategy, commercial strategies, and asset strategies, as well as providing necessary information to Fujifilm Corporate
Responsible to set top line budget goals for assets and assessing risks and opportunities to deliver the 24-month strategic plan
The role will represent commercial strategies for growth and development to fill capacity across the global advanced therapies assets to Commercial Leadership Team
Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in science related field is essential
Expert understanding of and proven experience of 12 years+ in demand planning, supply chain management, and operational capabilities is essential
Advanced collaboration and communication capabilities
Advanced in data analysis and forecasting tools
Mastery knowledge about demand planning
Senior level experience with supply chain management
Mastery knowledge about operational capabilities
Senior level experience with commercial operations
Senior level experience with forecasting and relevant business tools
Advanced ability to influence senior managers and leaders across global organizations and to build and maintain effective and credible relationships
Mastery capability of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines
Mastery organizational skills and attention to detail
Mastery written and verbal communication skills

The US salary base range for this position is $180,000 to $240,000 . Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
