About the Role

The Company is seeking a Co-Executive Director (On Mission) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the fundraising strategy, including securing a significant annual amount, and aligning this with the long-term vision of the organization. Additionally, the role involves leading strategic communications and storytelling to amplify the organization's mission and impact, as well as building the operational infrastructure necessary for the organization's growth and transition to independent status.
