Would you like to make a difference in the life of a young person? We are seeking a full-time Clinical Program Director to oversee our emergency/long term shelter. Crisis Center, located in the Miller Beach area of Gary serves youth by providing Emergency Shelter, Long Term Care and other programs to help local and statewide youth in need.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training: Indiana Clinical License Required (LCSW, LMFT or LMHC) Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is preferred

Specific Degree & Experience Required: Shall be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and have a Masters' degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling; or related human service area of study And one of the following: Four years of supervisory and administrative experience in child welfare agency or therapeutic setting that serves children. OR One year of supervisory experience in a supervisory capacity and current license issued by the behavioral health and human services licensing board as one of the following: Clinical social worker, Marriage and family therapist, Mental health counselor, Social worker with master's degree A related field as determined by the department

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for daily administration of programs and services Clinical services to assigned clients (if needed) Internship Program Oversight of Clinical services Cooperative Program development Supervision of clinical staff Staff training and development Oversees the compilation of statistical information Represents Alternative house to the public

Schedule: Monday to Friday On-call: Provide clinical on-call 24/7 coverage for all Residential programs.

Experience: Supervisory/Management: 1 year (Required) Supervising therapeutic programs in a residential setting: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) LCSW, LMFT, LMHC (Required)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
