Employment Type: Full-Time/ 40 hours week
Scheduled Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM; Flexible

About The Program: Department of Corrections
Our Department of Corrections program is in place to provide medication assisted therapy services to incarcerated individuals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directs crisis intervention in collaboration with DOC and reports any incidents to DOC.
- Insures clients receive treatment services are focused on Opioid Use Disorder and other Substance Use Disorder; while providing individual services to meet specific needs, such as trauma and medical/physical co-morbidities.
- Ensures thorough Re-entry planning and collects data regarding attendance at post-release appointments.
- Provides clinical direction and leadership within the Team.
- Evaluates staff and initiates and follows through on progressive discipline, if needed.
- Insures timely completion of reports and data on performance indicators, including compliance with regulatory standards, program enrollment, incident/accidents, etc.
- Oversees completion of chart audits for quality of documentation and timeliness.
- Responsible for hiring staff.
- Attend coordination meetings with DOC staff and providers.
- Provides training to DOC and OTP Staff and providers on clinical issues, implementation of processes and procedures, and unique program processes in Correctional Setting.
- On-all coverage during and after program hours as assigned.
- Responsible for program budgets and productivity expectations.
- Ensure program is practicing in compliance with DMHAS, DPH, DEA, National Commission on Correctional Health Care standards for OTP.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's in Behavioral Health
Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinician providing services for clients on MAT. Two years of clinical supervisory experience or management in a behavioral health setting preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, Psychologist required in state of CT.

Compensation*: $74,110 min, annually and up commensurate upon experience.
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
