Join Us as Our Clinical Operations Director We are rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic Clinical Operations Director to lead our dedicated team, working directly with sponsors and sites to ensure the success of patient recruitment. This strategic role will serve as a critical link between our technology, our clients, and the patients we strive to assist. What You Will Accomplish Lead and Expand the Clinical Operations Team: Oversee the execution of effective patient recruitment programs for Phase 2/3 interventional studies across various therapeutic areas. Establish Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary partner to sponsors and sites, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Manage Recruitment Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize recruitment strategies to consistently meet or exceed enrollment, diversity, and site engagement targets. Create Operational Playbooks: Develop processes that ensure scalability in quality, compliance, and security, without compromising patient experience. Collaborate Across Functions: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement in recruitment performance. Monitor Key Metrics: Track KPIs, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying and addressing risks and obstacles. Advocate for Clients: Represent the voice of our customers internally, ensuring site and sponsor needs are prioritized in product development discussions. Your Qualifications Over 6 years of experience in clinical operations, trial management, or patient recruitment in the biotech, pharma, CRO, or site network sectors. A strong track record of leading successful teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Analytical thinker: comfortable with data analysis and creating insightful dashboards, alongside familiarity with SQL queries. In-depth knowledge of site workflows, sponsor objectives, and recruitment challenges in clinical trials. A keen operational mindset—capable of developing scalable systems while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills with a consultative approach to customer relationships. Able to thrive in a high-growth startup environment, adept at navigating ambiguity.
