The Clinical Operations Associate Director will be integral in supervising, training, and performance managing Clinical Directors within their designated market. You'll be responsible for achieving center performance objectives, managing financials, driving growth, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role also includes a portion of direct patient care duties as a Primary Care Physician (PCP), alongside leadership responsibilities such as enhancing Clinical Director performance and establishing strong synergy between clinical operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage Medical Directors in multiple centers, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes. Drive successful clinical operations by meeting or exceeding market earnings targets. Mentor and coach Medical Directors to consistently achieve outstanding clinical results. Facilitate the development of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors through leadership coaching and performance management. Promote a physician culture aligned with ChenMed’s core values and service standards. Assist in training new practitioners at assigned centers. Participate in recruiting initiatives for PCP and specialist candidates. Build successful relationships with community partners, payers, and hospitals. Monitor and enhance market culture, addressing workplace concerns promptly. Review center-level referrals and provide support for market processes. Contribute to market quality improvements and performance initiatives. Deliver exemplary clinical care as a PCP, devoting 20% of your time to patient care. What You'll Need: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; 3 years preferred. Previous experience as a Medical Director or equivalent role with Medicare/Medicaid populations is desirable. Board eligibility and preferred board certification in relevant specialties. Active medical license in your state of employment. Experience in population risk management is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams focused on quality improvement. Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $231,876 - $331,251.
