Job Summary:The Clinical Director is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operation and oversight of the Center. The management spectrum covers planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating, staff utilization, resource allocation, cost controls, and compliance.Responsibilities:Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Additional languages preferred.Demonstrated communication skills which indicate ability to be successful at counseling, teaching, and assessing. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common professional journals, nationally recognized guidelines and regulations.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, staff, physicians, and regulatory agencies.Ability to effectively present information to staff, management and physicians.Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, medical notes, etc.) in its most difficult phases.
