Company Description Bridge Back to Life Center, Inc. is a network of outpatient chemical dependency treatment centers in the Metropolitan NY area. Since 1988, Bridge Back to Life has provided outpatient treatment to recovering individuals as well as education & support for their families and significant others. Our treatment philosophy begins with the idea that abstinence from alcohol, drugs, and all mood-altering substancesmustbe the primary goal of treatment. Role Description Bridge Back to Life is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Clinical Director to lead our 822 Outpatient Clinic. The ideal candidate must hold a valid LMSW , LMHC , or CASAC-Advanced certification, along with a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment settings. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered. Qualifications Clinical Supervision and Supervisory Skills Strong knowledge of OASAS and OMH regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in Case Management. Proficient in electronic health records and documentation practices. LMSW, LCSW, CASAC Advance with 3 years of experience within an OASAS program. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a SUD setting. Salary $75,000- $85,000 per year
