A growing home care is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the expansion of new services such as pediatric care, private duty nursing, and the NHTD program. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the agency’s expansion into new service lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, leadership experience, and a strategic mindset to develop and implement new programs effectively. Qualifications: RN or other clinical licensure required (BSN or MSN preferred).
Proven leadership experience in a home care or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of pediatric care, private duty nursing, and the NHTD program is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of state and federal home care regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in-office in Queens, with hybrid flexibility for the right candidate.
Location: Queens, NY (Hybrid option available for the right candidate) Salary: starting at $150K+ including benefit package
