Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director, RN, responsible for managing and directing clinical services within our organization. The role involves overseeing daily operations, developing goals and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all clinical service programs, ensuring quality care that meets regulatory, company, and licensing standards.
Coordinate multidisciplinary services, manage program referrals, and consult with Medical Directors as needed.
Oversee recruitment, staffing plans, and after-hours support for clinical staff.
Develop orientation materials and oversee staff competencies and ongoing education.
Monitor financial and operational performance, including budgeting, utilization, and productivity.
Manage QAPI initiatives, conduct clinical reviews, and lead performance improvement meetings.
Organize community outreach and public speaking engagements to promote programs and services.
Collaborate with payors, physicians, and hospitals to ensure coverage and clinical protocol adherence.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, and maintain financial stability.
Facilitate staff meetings, professional development, and address team concerns.
Handle patient grievances, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality scores.
Coordinate organizational policies and procedures with other leaders.
Maintain safety standards and adhere to organizational competencies and behaviors.
Qualifications:
BSN required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Homecare, Hospice, or related fields.
At least 5 years of management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a relevant field.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
