They will also coordinate evidence-based interventions and system-wide purchasing to support efficiency and effectiveness. At the site level, the Clinical Director of Nursing will lead initiatives to improve performance, efficiency, quality, and flow. They will mentor frontline leaders, oversee the full talent lifecycle, and manage performance evaluations in alignment with departmental goals and expectations. Additional responsibilities include meeting operating cost targets, preparing capital requests, maintaining current policies and procedures while ensuring staff awareness and adherence, and cultivating strong relationships across executives, leaders, and physicians. The Director of Nursing will also establish aligned annual goals for themselves and their team.
