Responsibilities

: The Clinical Director will be responsible for: Providing supervision, guidance and training to clinic staff, directly supervises clinical staff and works closely with administrative leadership. Working closely with administrative staff to ensure optimal operations. Directly overseeing clinical staff and works closely with clinic administrative staff. Providing leadership that aligns with agency belief and values in mental health recovery and hope to individuals diagnosed with mental illness. Leading staff recruitment, selection, hiring, retention and professional development of Article 31 Clinics. Coordinating closely with Urgent Care and Mobile Response Teams towards engaging and creating stability in longer term treatment. Qualifications:  Licensed Clinical Social Worker
