Demonstrate a thorough understanding of best practice clinical standards. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and determine appropriate levels of care. Provide coaching, support, and mentorship to therapists to promote professional growth. Serve as an active member of the organization’s leadership team. Support and advance the agency’s mission, goals, and strategic initiatives.
