Your Role & Impact: Driving Clinical Vision & Team Growth Clinical Program Oversight: Manage therapeutic needs, ensuring high-quality ABA services and developing individualized treatment plans. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, including hiring, performance appraisal, and fostering professional growth. Quality & Compliance: Lead clinical quality initiatives and ensure adherence to ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards. Operational Management: Oversee clinic operations, manage caseload productivity, and provide clinical guidance to BCBAs. Strategic Collaboration: Foster communication across departments and build community partnerships. What Our Client Offers: Investing in Your Leadership Our client provides a comprehensive package supporting your advanced professional growth, financial security, and work-life balance: Base Salary: $95,000 to $120,000+ annually & Bonus Up to 15k Generous Sign-On Bonuses: Up to $15,000.
