What You'll Do Lead the Medical Team - Serve as the Lead Veterinarian on the clinic floor , setting the standard for patient care across the Sploot network. Drive Clinical Excellence - Implement protocols, oversee quality assurance , and ensure every patient gets top-tier care . Mentor & Develop Your Team - Coach, train, and empower veterinarians and nurses to grow in their careers .
