POSITION:Clinic Director
DEPARTMENT:Administrative/Clinical
REPORTS TO: Vice President Sales and Marketing
Job Summary:The Clinic Director works directly with the VP of sales and marketing to ensure the overall success of the NIMA Las Vegas clinic.The primary role of the Clinic Director is to act as the day-to-day management and leadership for their clinic.They are the primary point of communication for the employees of their clinic.They are the primary person to oversee the day-to-day operations and work with the VP to address needs and promote growth. This person will also act as a liaison between the Education Director and spa operations, ensuring consistency in processes.
Education and Experience:
1.2+ years of prior leadership experience with directly managing a team.
2.4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
1.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Drive applications, Slack
2.Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
3.Must be customer service oriented with quality care focus.
4.Effective organization skills with attention to detail.
5.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6.Present a highly professional image.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinic Management
Responsible for the overall sales results, staffing and operations of the clinic.
Work with VP to identify issues and implement solutions.
Responsible for the overall management, support and recognition of employees.
Responsible for maintaining communication with the Education Directors to ensure consistency of clinical processes.
Responsible for communication with NIMA President to ensure they are engaged in the operations and goal tracking of NIMA Spa.
Staffing
Gathering resumes.
Selecting interview candidates.
Performing initial interviews and making hiring recommendations.
Monthly 1 on 1s
Gathering data and compiling each employees 1 on 1 review.
Conducting the review.
Establishing individual employee goals.
Identifying individual training needs.
Identifying employee issues.
Follow through on all 1 on 1 action items.
HR Functions
Complete and submit payroll bi-monthly to HR Director.
Oversees onboarding process for all new employees.
Works with Training Director to Coordinate effective new hire training.
Annual Performance Evaluations for FD, CSM & CEM.
Customer Service
First point of contact for clinical customer service resolutions and reporting.
Performs customer service audits for Client Coordinators.
Scheduling/Financial
Identify scheduling needs, input schedule changes.
Primary point of contact for all sales, front desk, CSM & CEM.
Payroll.
Oversee clinic budget.
Oversee clinic financial numbers, goals and work directly with their Client Services Director to drive and achieve goals.
Inventory
Communicate product inventory needs to VP/Operations director.
Work with the NIMA Operations Coordinator/Education Director to ensure that supplies and equipment are stocked & maintained.
Management Meetings
Compiling and presenting monthly clinic sales results.
Compile and present individual employee sales results.
Identifying staffing needs.
Identifying any clinic needs and presenting to exec. Leadership.
Staff meetings
Work with CSM & CEM to compile and present specific clinic needs.
Equipment and building maintenance
Primary point of contact for ongoing repairs and maintenance
