Kind Behavioral Health, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families, is seeking a Clinic Director for our clinic in McAdenville, NC (Address: 309 Wesleyan Dr, Gastonia, NC 28056). As a Clinic Director, you will coach and mentor clinicians, oversee daily operations, and help build a new team to start providing in-home services, transitioning to clinic-based services when ready.
The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of children with Autism, committed to evidence-based ABA practices, and eager to foster a positive, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities: Manage caseload, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes
Conduct assessments and develop behavior programs based on ABA principles
Provide clinical supervision and leadership to BCBAs and RBTs
Collaborate on developing and improving clinical programs
Facilitate parent training and support families across their journey
Coordinate with intake and scheduling to ensure smooth onboarding
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new clinicians
Ensure ongoing professional development and supervision quality
Provide education to staff, families, and communities
Promote organizational values and uphold ethical standards
Manage clinic operations, including staff supervision, supplies, and maintenance
Oversee clinic growth and community-based services
Act as liaison with families, community, and healthcare providers
Qualifications: BCBA credential with at least 3 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to handle challenging cases
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and ethical standards
Physical ability to work with children (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs.)
Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, pass background check
