Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service to clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction. Assist customers with payments, both in person and over the phone, facilitating smooth transactions. Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently to address customer needs. Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services. Meet with prospective clients to assess and understand their insurance requirements. Educate clients about our various insurance products and coverage options available. Exhibit excellent multitasking abilities while consistently meeting deadlines. Manage and cultivate leads to support our company’s growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business. What We Offer: First-year agents can earn between $50,000 and $60,000, based on experience and performance. Senior agents typically see earnings ranging from $80,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on expertise. This is a full-time position, requiring a standard 40-hour workweek.
