Overview COBDD Change the Bank (CTB) provides support across the COBDD organization to centralized support to Client Onboarding and Enhanced Due Diligence Operations for enhancement initiatives. We're seeking someone to join our team as a COBDD Change the Bank (CTB) Project Manager Director in Wealth Management Operations Group to manage the project life cycle of key strategic programs and initiatives across our organization. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within the COBDD Change the Bank Team. What You'll Do In The Role Provide project management support for initiatives aligned to Client Onboarding and Enhanced Due Diligence Operations, Strategic Initiatives Delivery and/or Organizational Change & Readiness. Collaborate with partners in the business, technology, and risk and control functions. Act as an independent contributor to build out project governance, reporting and tracking from initiation to execution and scaling. Think analytically, be detail oriented and client centric. Work with all functional disciplines impacted by the project to ensure end-to-end planning that results in a comprehensive project plan achieving stated goals. Conduct analysis on program dependencies and progress to inform timelines, execution, and business strategy. Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, assumptions, changes in scope, and establish an audit trail. Provide mechanisms to capture and monitor remediation of risks and escalate items that may impact timely delivery or scope. Ensure effective communication and reporting to functional teams, management and stakeholders. Support key program leads and resources in executing key deliverables. Independently identify opportunities to drive project or program progress.
What You'll Bring To The Role Ability to lead by example, work with drive and determination, and challenge senior levels when appropriate. Comprehensive knowledge of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team. Ability to operate independently across day-to-day responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact at all levels and tailor messages appropriately. Strong presentation skills, including synthesis of large data into polished PowerPoint presentations for management. Independent self-starter capable of managing multiple activities to aggressive deadlines. Eagerness to learn the business and understand detailed requirements. Organizational skills and ability to present information clearly. Experience managing one or more workstreams. High attention to detail and accuracy of materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, and SharePoint. At least 4 years' relevant experience required.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $82,000 and $133,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay is individualized and may be part of the total compensation package, which may include commission, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive programs, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefits.
