We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Child Care Director to oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a strong educational background, and a commitment to providing a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our facility's mission and values. - Ensure the highest level of care and safety for all children in our care. - Manage a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care. - Collaborate with teachers and staff to plan and deliver engaging and educational activities. - Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and educational institutions to ensure a seamless transition for our students. - Manage the administrative tasks of the facility, including budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping. - Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with state and national regulations. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. - Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. - Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting. - Experience in educational administration or teaching at the higher education level. - A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Familiarity with state and national regulations related to childcare and education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,802.00 - $47,025.00 per year
