*What You’ll Do as Our Director:*

* Lead daily operations and ensure full compliance with *Tennessee DHS licensing* and health/safety standards * Inspire, supervise, and support a team of educators and administrative staff * Build and sustain a *positive staff culture* that values growth, collaboration, and respect * Build strong partnerships with families through excellent communication and meaningful engagement * Oversee enrollment, classroom ratios, and scheduling to ensure a smooth and organized center * Partner with teachers to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum strategies * Maintain accurate records for children, staff, licensing, and center operations * Hire, train, and onboard new team members in alignment with our values and standards * Monitor budgets, manage supply inventory, and report regularly to ownership * Model and promote a welcoming and mission-driven center environment

*We’re Looking for a Leader Who:*

* Holds at least an *Associate’s degree* in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field * Has *2+ years in a leadership role* in early childhood (Assistant Director or higher) * Knows DHS regulations and best practices like the back of their hand * Is a strong communicator who builds trust with staff and families * Is passionate about creating a positive and supportive *staff culture* * Loves to engage with families and the surrounding community * Has (or is willing to obtain) *CPR/First Aid certification* * Can pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements
