Key Responsibilities: Lead Zubale's financial strategy, planning, M&A initiatives, and forecasting across multiple markets. Develop and execute M&A strategy: identify, evaluate, structure, and implement acquisitions to facilitate growth and enhance strategic positioning. Manage capital raising initiatives, investor relations, and board communications. Maximize profitability, cash flow, and capital allocation decisions. Oversee financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, tax, compliance, and treasury functions. Establish scalable financial systems, internal controls, and key performance indicators to support international growth across six markets. Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to realize our multi-year vision. Lead and cultivate a high-performing finance organization across diverse geographies. Who We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications: M&A experience with a robust track record on the buy side, handling multiple deals across various regions. Over 10 years of experience in investment banking or finance leadership roles within dynamic settings. Expertise in multi-country operations with familiarity in navigating different regulatory frameworks. Entrepreneurial mindset: A desire to transition into a hands-on entrepreneurial role Strong communication skills , analytical thinking, and being a trusted partner to the CEO and Board. Proficiency in 2/3: English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese. Preferred Qualifications: CFA designation (strongly preferred). MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred). Experience in ERP implementation/integration.
