The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in financial or public finance management, including supervisory roles. A CPA, CPFO, CMA, or a master’s degree in finance is preferred. The role demands a candidate with considerable knowledge of municipal accounting, budget, treasury/investments, and debt, and who possesses strong skills in decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and supervision. The CFO will play a critical part in the company's financial leadership, and as such, the ability to work effectively with the City Council and other stakeholders is essential.
